RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. As a valued customer, there is nothing more important to us than your full satisfaction. Please read our policy below and let us know what we can do to ensure a positive experience with Kodi Studio.

 

RETURNS

TruGeeks LLC offers a 30-day, money back guarantee. That means, if for any reason, you wish to return a product purchased directly on the TruGeeks website within 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase, we will refund the purchase price of your TruGeeks products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. Exchanges may be issued in some circumstances as mentioned below.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must appear unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you have received it. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at TruGeeksClub@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a check will be issued back to you in the mail. 

 

EXCHANGES

Your items are protected with a hassle-free manufacturer warranty up to 3 years. We only cover and exchange items under the warranty if they are defective, not accidental damage. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us with the following information:

     - Your order number

     - Your full name, shipping address, email and phone number

     - The date of your purchase and whether the item was purchased from TruGeeks.com directly or through a third-party reseller or website

     - The reason for your exchange request

     - A description of the problems or photos showing any visible damages. We will respond to you within 3 business days upon receiving this info.

     - A $25 check or money order, payable to TruGeeks. This money will be used to cover for the reshipping and packaging of our exchange product back to you.

If we authorize the exchange, you will be advised by email on how to send the item back to us. Upon receipt, we will notify you and process a replacement if yours cannot be repaired. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to ship and arrived will vary.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs wen returning your item unless it was defective. $25 shipping and packaging costs to TruGeeks are non-refundable.

Note: Please check and detach any of your personal accessories such as SD cards, external hard drives, or anything else that may be connected to the returned item before shipping it back to us. We are not responsible for any lost items that are sent back with returned products.
