Have a peace of mind knowing any product you purchase from TruGeeks LLC is covered under a limited warranty up to 3 years. If you experience any issue, not to worry as our customer care team is ready to help and provide tech support. Please text message or email us with more details and we will work with you through all issues. Our warranty extends to both hardware and software. We are so confident in our products that if our products don't work the way that it should be, just send our unit back, including $25 in check or money order and we will replace you with another products. This $25 will be used to cover for the shipping and packaging cost of sending out a new unit to you. Our warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:
TruGeeks LLC warrants the player hardware is protected against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of original retail purchase. If a defect exists and the product is eligible for warranty, as its option TruGeeks will exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product with a fee of $25. This $25 will be used to cover for the shipping and packaging cost of sending out a new unit to you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement items become your property and the replaced item becomes TruGeeks' property. This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the product that are not subject to "accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, alterations, repair, commercial use, or physical and water damage. In simple terms, products that have hardware defects not caused by you and are still eligible within the warranty period will be fixed or replaced at no more than $25.
For detailed instructions on how to obtain warranty service for your product, please have your order number ready and contact our customer service at (410) 777-5853 or text message us. In general, you will need to deliver your product in either its original packaging or in equally protective packaging along with a copy of the purchase receipt to our address which located on our contact us page. Before you deliver your product for warranty service, it is your responsibility to remove any detachable storage media and back up any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on your product. It is possible that such storage media, data, software or other materials will be destroyed, lost or reformed during service, and we will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.
